•Due to unpredictable weather, unexpected issues, personal issues, or delays on receiving parts, we appreciate your patience and hope you understand if we have to reschedule your appointment. Although it is not too common, it does happen.
•By declining recommended parts or labor, the customer hereby waives Flagler Mobile Marine Services Inc. from any and all liabilities arising from damages caused by or related to the aforementioned service. It is expressly acknowledged that Flagler Mobile Marine will not assume responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of after-market parts employed in the course of repairs.
•Flagler Mobile Marine Services Inc. shall not be held accountable for damages incurred by engines manufactured before the year 2015 or those previously exposed to salt water, arising from the disassembly of said engines. Furthermore, Flagler Mobile Marine shall not be liable for any breakage or damage to hardware that may occur during the repair process.
•All quoted estimates remain subject to potential adjustments in the event of unforeseen damages or the requirement for new parts to adequately complete the original repair or service.
•Payment for rendered services, as indicated in the invoice, is expected promptly upon the completion of the repair. Notwithstanding any circumstances, including but not limited to the client's absence from their residence, their desire to visually inspect the work prior to payment, or other engagements, any such reasons shall not exempt the client from their obligation to remit payment and shall not render them immune to penalties. In the event that payment is not received within 30 minutes from the moment the repair is finalized, a penalty of $100 will be imposed. Subsequently, for each additional day beyond the original invoice date, a fee of $100 shall be applied for storage.
•It is imperative to note that boats subject to repair must be retrieved within 24 hours following the completion of said repairs. Failure to do so will result in incurring the aforementioned storage fees. It is hereby conveyed that credit card methods are no longer accepted by Flagler Mobile Marine Services Inc. The accepted forms of payment are as follows:
•Cash
•Cashapp
•Venmo (allows credit card payments)
•Zelle
•Check
•Please be advised that the release of boats following repair shall exclusively be granted upon the complete settlement of all outstanding payments.
•Flagler Mobile Marine Services Inc. does not provide sea trials as a standard service. If the client requests a sea trial, it will be subject to our hourly rate.
•It is strongly recommended that in the event a client is dissatisfied with our services, they reach out to us directly before leaving a negative review. This will allow us the opportunity to work towards a resolution that meets both parties' satisfaction.
•It is explicitly stated that should the client choose to procure replacement parts independently, Flagler Mobile Marine Services Inc. shall not be held liable for any defects or malfunctions that may arise from said parts. Furthermore, any labor required to install or replace client-provided parts shall be subject to payment.
•The client is duly informed that the provided estimate is subject to modification in the event that the actual duration of the service surpasses the originally estimated timeframe. In such instances, the client shall be responsible for compensating the difference in time incurred.
